My name is Hoang Dinh (Đinh Văn Hoàng in Vietnameses)! I am currently living in Ho Chi Minh City, and working as a Backend Developer at LittleLives.
What did you do before joining LittleLives?
I worked as a full-stack developer for a venture builder before joining LittleLives.
Why did you join LittleLives? And more importantly, why did you stay in LittleLives? (We hear you're the longest serving member on the team, how long have you been with us!)
I joined LittleLives through an introduction from a friend working there. LittleLives has a great working culture and environment (and friendly bosses :) ). This is why I’ve been here for over 3.5 years.
In your own words, what is a creative way to describe your role as a Backend Engineer?
I keep the backbone of our LittleLives system strong, to support our millions of users!
What's a typical day at work like for you? What professional skills do you get to flex when at work!
I manage team schedules, review our team’s processes and results, work on backend system development, and enhance LittleLives’ features. Definitely need multi-tasking skills to do it all:)
What do you most look forward to at LittleLives, now that safety measures are relaxing and people are out and about once again?
